What are the times of the event?

The festival grounds are open Saturday, March 8th, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 10:00pm with the first awesome performance starting at 12:15pm!

Where does the event take place?

The event takes place at the Seawalk Pavilion and Latham Plaza in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

Is the event ticketed?

The event is free to attend, but there are beverage experience tickets if you’ll be consuming alcoholic beverages, VIP and Premium VIP upgrade options available. Tickets will go on sale November 7th!

Where do I park?

There are several paid parking options around the city of Jacksonville Beach and free street parking. Parking is limited so we encourage ride sharing, cycling or walking whenever possible!

Is there event merchandise?

Yes! We have event merchandise available within the event footprint.

Is the event rain or shine?

This event is RAIN OR SHINE. In the event of adverse weather, making the event impossible, every effort will be made to reschedule the event for a future date.

Will there be food and drinks available for purchase?

Yes! The event features several different culinary tents brought to you by The Local and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Is there an age restriction?

No. The festival is for all ages (General Admission only). VIP & Premium VIP is 18+.

Can I distribute promotional items inside the venue? What about outside?

Short answer, no and no.

Will there be public restrooms?

OMG. Yes!

What items are not allowed?

We will have a strict RESTRICTED ITEMS list. Please reference below:

• NO tents, canopies, umbrellas, or temporary shade structures of any kind

• NO weapons, knives, explosives, power tools, or firearms of any kind (including ANY ITEM that could be used as a weapon)

• NO fireworks

• NO Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind

• NO outside food or beverages (including alcohol) of any kind

• NO chairs of any kind (BLANKETS AND TOWELS WILL BE PERMITTED)

• NO drones or any other remote flying device

• NO glass containers of any kind

• NO pets (except service animals)

• NO laser pens or similar focused light device

• NO skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles inside the festival grounds

The following items are ALLOWED:

ALL bags will be searched before entry.

• Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller (do not need to be clear)

• All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear

• Baby Strollers

• Blankets, sheets, towels

• Personal-sized hand sanitizer

• Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less

• Binoculars

• Cameras

Have a great time while you're here, but make sure your idea of a great time never involves ruining someone else's night or putting yourself in danger. Be respectful and have fun!

Public Safety

Security and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. You will notice safety measures upon your arrival for all attendees, staff, and performers.

Please note that we will implement safety screenings upon festival entry. Please arrive early and note the Restricted Items list. Restricted items will be refused upon entry and must be returned to the patron’s vehicle or disposed of by the patron.

In the event of an emergency, information may be relayed on the video screens or over the audio system.

If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical tent or alert a staff member. And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or public safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
